Sky Q box not performing

Hi. I believe that my sky Q box is underperforming and many ways. Firstly the box is warm/hot touch even after being in standby mode over night. The fan is noisy and often makes a crunching sound. What sounds like the hard drive has been making intermittent noises for long periods and there seems to be a slowness to this also.
