Disney+ activation

Subscribed to Disney+. Sky has confirmed subscription but when I go through the activation process it goes back to subscription screen.  Have tried this multiple times using code and email log in. Have followed all the help suggestions, including ensuring software is updated and turning it off and on again. Still won't work.
