Sky Q box not connecting to Router
my TV is displaying the message that I do not have Internet connection.
I have rebooted the router (I have Sky Fibre so it's a white light), tried to reset the TV but still no connection.
I have then rebooted the Sky Q box, tried to reset, but still no connection.
I have tried all these several times.
Oh, and I have held the WPS button on the router for a ridiculous amount of time, so perhaps Sky should mention how long the process should take.
As I've tried everything suggested, what do I do now?
Like most others, I am paying a large amount of money for what appears to be no service.

Get used to it, and get used to no help from Sky. Been happening to many users on a daily or weekly basis if you use anything but Sky Broadband but usually you can reset it.
Just a b*m ache resetting and running up and down stairs for the mini.
Apparently going to the expense of setting up a hardwire link can help but seems ridiculous when every other product on wifi in the house works perfectly.
Could be Sky want us to cave in to more expense buying their broadband or replacing Sky Q with the new non satellite products. Clearly not investing in solving the issue as SkyQ's time is limited.
