Sky Q box not arrived

Sky Q box has not arrived and engineer coming on Monday 10th to instal it

@Films2watch4me  If your getting an installation the engineer brings the boxes with them.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The viewing card is normally sent via Royal Mail post but if it doesn't arrive in time the engineer will usually have spares.
