@Couble if a reboot as suggested by @Deedee36 doesn't work try unplugging the box for 20 minutes then plugging it back in

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Couble Try resetting your remote by holding down 7 & 9. It should then work with direct line of sight to the box. Then re-pair it to your TV by holding down 1 & 3.
