Hi.
I previous had ultra hd and it was working fine on an old box. My monthly bill increased so I got rid of ultra hd to keep costs down. A few days later, sky rang me and reinstated it for free with a special offer.
Even though I kept the same box, I got the error code dsu_508 and it said I needed to pay for ultra hd even though it was added back to my account.
I rang sky and was spoken through turning it off and on again, updating the software, resending the signal etc and nothing worked. I then got charged £20 to upgrade the box to a 2TB box....no change.
I rang again and got spoken through the steps and again...no improvement so they then removed ultra hd and hd off my account and readded it to try and solve. This hasn't worked and now my monthly bill has gone back up because I haven't got the special offer.
Getting close to cancelling hd altogether as it's becoming too much hassle.
Has anyone else had the same issue? If so, any other fixes that I haven't explored?
