Sky Q box light staying on red not turning to green

Sky Q box blue light flashing on and off and the red light won't turn to green

I'd suggest fully rebooting the Sky Q main box.

Unplug from the wall for at least 30 seconds.

Now plug back in the Sky Q box and follow the on-screen instructions. This can take up to 5 minutes, and hopefully, you're back up and running.

The advice worked! Thanks.. we are pensioners and my husband was panicking.. but we are so grateful to your advice
