My Sky Q Box has over the last two weeks lost internet connection with my Sky router but now totally fails to connect . I have tried all the suggested fixes on My Sky but none have worked. The router is at one side of the room and the TV and Sky Q box at the other so I am unable to use an ethernet cable. The internet has been tested using My Sky and has a strong signal. Any ideas what the problem is?
