My sky q main box keeps doing these thing several times a day:-
1. freezing ( the most common fault happening)
2. the remote stops working
3. message saying - there is a technical fault with this channel.
4. Programs set to record fail. Saying it's due to a power cut, which isn't the case electricity supply wise.
If I turn the power to the SkyQ box off, it restarts and for a while all is ok.
I have reset the box by going to settings using 001 and resetting but this has not helped.
what now ?
