Sky Q box has not arrived

Hi, 

 

I ordered my sky Q box on Sunday and it still has not arrived. It is saying that the box still hasn't been received for delivery. I am just chasing my delivery.

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services on here. This forum is where customers try to help each other. Is this a box swap of a faulty box? If so this is delivered by a courier (probably DPD). Don't forget to remove your viewing card from the faulty box.
