In recordings on Sky Q box it keeps saying please wait

When I try and go into recordings it says please wait and never changes. I have switched the box on and off again and even done a software update and reset but still the same?

Just came here to check as my Sky Q says "unavailable" for recordings. Looks like we have a similar issue...

If you also cannot make new Recordings it looks like you have have a hard drive issue.

It's managing to pause live TV so I'm guessing the drive is OK. I'll reboot it all tomorrow and see. Thx for the comments.
