Sky Q box dying?

Had our Sky Q box for 2.5 years and now it feels like it's dying! The screen randomly goes blank, channels are randomly unavailable, recorded shows are jumpy and fuzzy when playing back (if it allows it to be played), when I go on to Netflix it fails to load stating there is an error with streaming service. Any ideas? I have done all the power off, reset etc but nothing seems to work - help!
