No Prime Videos on tv

Can see prime video on mobile but not on tv

@Elaine101  You need to access it via the app section of your Q box it's not listed on the epg

Yes I realise that and have done so in the past. But not even my old stuff purchased is under 'my stuff'

Yes I am. I signed out of Prime on my TV and signed back in again to double check no have also done an app refresh.
