Sky Q box doesn’t last forever

After hour and half on phone to be told only way to have access to YouTube,Netflix Disney would be to have all recordings scrubbed. Upset cause engineer couldn't come for 5 days so to be able to watch tv agreed, even more upset when didn't resolve our ability to watch tv. Loyal customer of 20 years sky Q box obviously don't last for life

Nope, the Hard disk can fail at any time.

 

Sky should apply a credit for any period where you cannot use the box if you ask nicely.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
