Sky Q box customer - not receiving some channels.
We can't receive some channels including BBC1 or C5. We've looked through the forum and checked advanced settings - all the right things are ticked. I'm holding for a call handler but thought I'd spend the time checking just in case this doesn't need an engineer.

What's happening and what are you seeing when you try? Any error message?
