I've had nothing but trouble with my Sky Broadband modem recently. Very very slow download and constantly dropping out. Had an Openreach engineer apparently sort out the speed etc on Monday and it seemed to have settled until today. The booster in the kitchen had no connection first thing this morning then the modem refused to reconnect for three hours. Now I have all four green lights on the modem but despite resetting etc etc I can't get the Sky Q box to connect through the modem, knock on effect means no multi room mini box and the booster has no connection but has WiFi. Everything else is connected including my Roku device which seems to have no problem connecting to the internet. I've got a new hub arriving hopefully by Friday and I've asked for Openreach to look at it again. Should I have a Sky TV engineer out too? It's so frustrating!
