Our faulty Sky Plus box upstairs was replaced by a Sky Q box with a mini box in the living room. Both stop working frequently. Rebooting restarts the main box but this time the mini box has refused to work afterwards. How do we restart the mini box? Is it faulty and how do we cure the problem of the main Sky Q box stopping working all the time? Can someone please help with this?
