Sky q box has to be unplugged every time I want to use it even though it's on stand by mode it won't record programs either and it turns it self off when watching recording or apps such as netflix and Disney by its self even though it's still has the green light on the box it disconnects from the TV and won't come back on until you unplug it I've read that a update maybe required but I have don't this and it's still the same it also says if this doesn't work then I would need a new sky q box regards
