Sky Q box Fan

Fan on my Sky Q box is running permanently. Is this normal? Also getting noisy. Thanks for any information.

@queby  its not normal no. Have you ensured the box has plenty of space around it for ventilation.

If so, your box could be on the way out and its better to get a Sky engineer out to take a look.

Before that though, just try switching off at the wall for 30 seconds and restart.
