Do you require a specific Sky Q box to be able to set up 2160P resolution setting for a 4K TV?
I have done a sotware update on my current sky Q box but I'm still unable to set it to 2160P as the option isnt there

Hi @Gazza3008 For a UHD box you need a hardware version 32Bxxx, Where B1 and B2 are HDR and B0 is just UHD.

The 1TB main Q box available from February 2016 to November 2019 wasn't capable of outputting UHD. Between those dates only the 2TB boxes could do so.
After November 2019 the default main box became a 1TB UHD/HDR model.
