Sky Q and remote stopped working

Started having problem with some keys on remote not working. Rebooted Q box and remote unable to connect with box so Sky Q did not start up. 7 & 9 and 1& 3 keys not working. What do i do?

Many thanks for that. Yes I have ordered a remote from Amazon. And Sky bot did actually take an order for a new remote but said at least 3 days plus before they would action- which is pretty poor. I hope it is not the box itself or as well.

After checking the basics, ie; fresh batteries, re-pairing etc if your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

(It might be quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll always have a spare).
