Problem with viewing card

please send to my bm.. email adress

as this is becoming a big inconvience, i am unable to watch my recordings. Please help me to solve this ASAP.

You do not say what kind of problem you are having with your viewing card.
Have a look at the Sky help page linked belo around viewing card messages you may be getting.
It provides help to solve viewing card problems.
