Sky Q and internet connection issues

For past couple of weeks I've had issue with my Sky Q box keeps dropping the internet connection. Usually solved by performing a reset but is a re occurring issue. It's not my internet as all other devices are working ok at the time. This happens mainly when watching catch up or itv x or similar. 
any suggestions?

Have you actually restarted your router ?

Although other devices may be working OK sometimes a restart of the router cures such problems

@nigea99  thanks for your reply, yes first thing I did was to restart the router. Also powered down and restarted Q box.
