Hi. I am having the same issues with Sky Q and BT Hybrid Connect. The internet connected/disconnected logo keeps flashing up on my TV screens and then I get error messages or buffer for ages. I got a new Hybrid sent to me and was advised to unplug the hub so I am always on 4g (I live rurally and have average 2-3mbps only via copper line). I am not technically knowledgeable at all and your answer of auto channel seems the most probable of all for me. How do I know what to set them to and how do I do it? The engineer menu in Sky suggests channel 36 for Sky Q . I don't know how to amend anything. Can you talk me through it please?

Sky Q doesn't show any connected/disconnected logo so that sounds like something the TV itself is having a problem with?
