Hi all,
My Main Sky Q box has lost internet access and after having reset both the BT router and the Sky Q box it still wont connect. The main box is connected via WiFi and the 2 smaller Sky Q box also. They also are not working. The internet is working and connected but each time I enter the WiFi password into Network settings it says unsuccessful. The router and the main Sky Q box are right next to each other. Any ideas?
