Sky Q & BT not talking

Hi all,

 

My Main Sky Q box has lost internet access and after having reset both the BT router and the Sky Q box it still wont connect. The main box is connected via WiFi and the 2 smaller Sky Q box also. They also are not working. The internet is working and connected but each time I enter the WiFi password into Network settings it says unsuccessful. The router and the main Sky Q box are right next to each other. Any ideas?

If they are right next to each other, use ethernet for the Q to connnect to the internet.

Internet is working perfectly but Telephone cannot be connected in the property.

Since telephone  connected on 6th May  2024, SKY TALK cannot be connected in the property.
