Sky Q / WiFi Issue

For a couple of weeks we have been having problems with our devices and Sky Q mini boxes.

The two mini boxes upstairs will work for a minute or two at best. We have tried resetting and reconnecting loads of times. Also tried following some of the suggestions on the community discussions but nothing is helping.

We are definitely getting broadband in to the house as the main box downstairs is fine. It just doesn't seem to be working properly for anything else. We have a booster and have 4 green lights on that as well as on the main hub.

We are having the same problem , we have one mini box and a booster , the booster is also hard wired to the mini box, its the same setup weve had for a few years without issue .

I haven't replied as we are still waiting for the replacement booster that was going to be sent out to us.

 

TBH I am not convinced that the new booster will solve the problem as the internet keeps cutting out and we get a message on the tv with the main Sky Q box saying LAN cable is disconnected then it starts back up again.

Still nothing. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow I'll be cancelling. Nearly a month now with no wifi or working mini boxes yet we are still paying for it.
