Was having trouble with my apps on Sky Q earlier. Rang them and they told me to reset my settings, since then nothing has worked and I'm getting a screen saying there is a technical difficulty and they're working hard to fix it. Any one else?

Blue screen everywhere with the message 'Sorry because of a technical issue you’re experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we’re working hard to fix the problem.' In settings my network is connected but no satellite or connection to Sky Go or my Sky Q Mini. Nothing in the menu works, tv guide etc.

Have you tried rebooting your Q box since you did the reset settings?
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)
note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Re: Sky Q Technical Issue
Hi there. Yes I have a few times and tried resetting my router but to no avail. Sky seemed a bit puzzled which was worrying. I hope I haven't lost all my recordings. All they could do was book an engineer to come next Tuesday. Disappointing to be without anything until then.

Re: Sky Q Technical Issue
Hi. Everything back working today, strangely. I was initially unable to download anything but reset router and main Sky Q box and it's fine now. Thanks for the help.
