Sky Q TV box returns packaging hasn't arrived

I have cancelled my Sky Q TV contract (but not broadband) and am in my 31 day cancellation period.

However, I have not yet received the packaging that I was told would be sent for me to return the items. I would like this packaging to arrive ASAP please as I might not be available after the cancellation period. Does anyone know how I go about requesting the returns packaging. I have tried the help system but got to a dead end.

Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 31 days so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Thank you very much for the information, I have marked it as the answer, liked it as the answer, crossed the tees etc. I'll look out for a suitable box to contain it over the next week or so
