I have the Sky Q box (contract started November 2022 and it's 18 months). I have only taken the SD package since my TV isn't that big hence won't notice the difference.
With the BBC turning off SD does this mean I will loose the BBC unless I upgrade to the HD package ?

hi @DennisPaul
No some of the 'Freesat' channels are available in HD without needing the HD add on subscription - these include all the BBC channels (BTW you should already be getting the BBC in HD if you are on SKY Q)
There is a slight nuance with some channels such as Channel 4 & C5 I think that you can watch them in HD OK but I think you need the HD add on to download in HD from Catch up or On Demand
