Hi
For the last 2 weeks the multi room sky box keeps cutting out, it says on the settings that it is connected to the internet and to the sky Q box, I have reset it multiple times and also reactivated it to the main sky Q box but it still keeps regularly cutting out.

@Naomi1986 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
reboot the mini box
