Sky Q New Box Installation Pass Code

I have recently had a Sky Q Box installed.  I was told that there has to be a 4 digit Pass Code and that this was the last 4 digits of the Viewing Card number?  This does not work.  I have tried calling Sky but seem unable to get a response, other than voice activated options.  Just need to talk to someone!

Would you please tell me how to get confirmation of my new 4 digit pass code?
