Just upgraded to Sky Q from Sky+ and have Netflix through Sky.
Would like to change the Netflix password but can't see a way to do this from the TV or through Sky.com/mysky and Netflix don't recognise the account
What to do?

Was your Netflix account new through Sky?
If so did you activate it according to the following link?

Yes, brand new with SkyQ. The engineer put the password in on the TV screen (I perused you link for help before I posted) and I can't figure out how to change it. It was a spur of the moment best effort password and I thought that I'd change it to a better one later

The first link looks promising - my father is watching TV just now so can't try it - but I tried the second link and get this error message
No account found for this email address
the email address is input correctly via my password manager and I have manually typed it in as well, getting the same error message.

Further to this, I did try to change the password via the TV (just tried it again) and that doesn't work.
Netflix are still telling me they don't have an account with that email address

Can you actually open the Netflix App on your Q box (or any device)?
If you can, then you can find the email used for Netflix in the left hand Netflix menu once you are in the App.
Scroll down to Get help and on the next screen you will see your account details and email.

I went into the Netflix app, scrolled to get help, clicked on member and nothing happened.

Yes OK @Lunamoonchild
Nothing will happen selecting Member in the App.
The only way to change your password is on the Netflix WEBSITE.
You say you couldn't change it onthe Change password link I sent?
Have you tried signing in to your Netflix account on the Netflix website.
Before you you try signing in on your browser first double check again in the Netflix App on your Q box exactly what
your Email is shown as.
Also delete cookies and history from your browser.
Ie Netflix website for signing in.

I was reading the email address incorrectly and then putting in the same wrong email address!
