Sky Q Minibox recording problem

We have multiroom with Sky Q, two tv's.  Record regular radio programme.  When playing the recording on the second set with mini box, every few minutes the sound cuts out for a couple of seconds.  On first set with main box, the same recording, the problem does not occur.   Ongoing.  Rebooted everything today, tv's, boxes, broadband - has not resolved the issue.

Second query:  The two sets do not appear to be synchronised, so that if the same programme is being played on both tv's, the main one is a couple of seconds ahead of the second.  Can this be overcome?

Third query:  Several times, when switching the main set off, this causes the second set, which is not on, to come alive.  ??????!!!!!!!!

Hope sks can assist / advise, thanks.

No: synchronous use was not part of the design.  The main box retransmits to the Mini and that process has an inherent delay.

Thanks for that.  Understand your reply.

Do you have any thoughts on my other two queries please?

Try a remote reset and re-pairing to stop the third problem.

pressing and holding the "7" and "9" buttons simultaneously on the remote until the LED light flashes four times. Then, point the remote at the Sky Q box and press and hold the "1" and "3" buttons until the LED flashes again, following the on-screen instructions
