Sky Q Mini internet issue
Just had Sky Q and two Sky Q Mini boxes installed. The Sky Q is connected to my router by ethernet.
The Engineer installed a Sky Q Wifi booster as well to support good connectivity between the Sky Q and the two minis.
Unfortunately we keep getting a connection issue with both minis. Not at the same time, but the symptoms of the issue is always the same. We can still watch TV on the minibox, but we cannot watch e.g. Catch Up or anything else that requires internet access. The mini says "it looks like you do not have internet connection right now".
When you go into setup on the mini box it says that it still has a connection to the Sky Q box, but shows crosses alongside the "Connection to broadband router" and "Connection to internet" items. The only way to resolve the issue is to WPS connect the Sky Q mini and the Sky Q Wifi booster again.
We have tried switching off 2.4GHz Wifi and that made no difference to the symptoms.
I am puzzled as to how the mini says it still has a connection to the Sky Q box and we can watch TV, but we can't watch anything requiring internet access when at the very same time we can watch internet related content on the main Sky Q box. Presumably the mini does have a connection to the Sky Q box otherwise we wouldn't be able to watch TV and presumably the internet connection is working from the main Sky Q box to the router because we can watch internet based content on the main box at that point in time.
Any help/suggestions as to what may be happening would be very much appreciated.

Hi @CT-Brook Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.
