Sky Q Mini connectivity problems
Hi there, hope someone can help! For the last couple of weeks my Sky Q Mini box keeps disconnecting from the main one! I'll be in the middle of watching something and then all of a sudden I get an error message and have to restart the whole box. Whilst I know restarting it isn't the biggest issue, it's a massive pain and it's happening every time I watch the mini box. I don't know why it's suddenly started doing it, nothing has changed with my WiFi etc.
If anyone can shed any light on this issue that would be much appreciated!

@Sarlouoh Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then your mini box
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Yes, I've tried that. It helps with reconnecting in the short term but after a while it disconnects again.
