I’m afraid you are talking to fellow customers on here, not Sky Customer Services. Is this in connection with your Netflix account query you've posted on the Sky Q board?

Try this:

Go to the Netflix app on Sky Q and on the screen with the random profile press the following buttons on the Sky remote.

Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up

This should take you to a hidden menu and one of the tabs has the email address and the service code

According to Netflix help, normally on the 'Contact Us' or 'Settings' tabs, near the phone number to call them: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/42109 

They also say, if you can't find the code, to contact them.
