Sky Q Mini box set up problem
I have added a new Sky Q Mini box in an outbuilding however I cannot set it up as it cannot connect directly with another working box due to the distance and thickness of the walls. Any suggestions please.

Re: Sky Q Mini box set up problem
Ethernet cable is the most reliable solution. Powerline network adapters may work depending on the mains cabling and consumer units involved, but past that you're looking at some kind of point-to-point WiFi link.

Re: Sky Q Mini box set up problem
Many thanks for the quick reply. So my existing Sky Q box is hard wired into my router via a switch, and my new Sky Q Mini is hard wired to the safe router via a different switch. When I set up my new mini it wants me to connect directly to my existing box by pushing and holding the arrow buttons on the front of the boxes, but they don't see each other due to the distance between them. Any suggestions for this please?
