Sky Q Mini Box

I have two Sky Q mini boxes. Bith worked but now one does not. I have followed the guides and still it just gets stuck at some point. I swapped it for the other one and that works. All I want is a replacement box really. Any idea how I might actually talk to Sky to get that?
