Viewing Card not paid

I had a sky Engineer out to replace my Sky Q Box, 


He replaced the box, 

 

and the old card won't pair in the new Sky Box, 

 

is there anyway when I call them tomorrow I can compensation for the days that I have been with out my Sky services

I have tried calling today but I can't get through to a human, or yesterday, how do you suggest I call to get through to a human,

Try not responding when the automated call handler asks the reason for your call. You should eventually be put through to an adviser.

Fair comment @Michael32 but you are not really without Sky Services as you can use Sky Go to watch your Sky TV subscription no different than using Sky Go whilst waiting for your Sky System to be installed 

So I'm not sure what compensation you are expecting to receive if you can still access you Sky tv subscription via Sky Go
