This all sounds odd.
Ive escalated this to the Sky Community messaging team, who have plenty of expertise for things like this.
Hopefully, they can take you through sorting your issue.
As above, Ive escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.

Re: Can't log into Youtube on main Sky box
Hi,
We have a very similar issue. Logged in to you tube on main sky q box and one mini box. On the second mini box my profile has disappeared and when I try to set it up again it accepts my you tube user name and password but when I enter the code from the TV it says login failed.

YouTube App issues
Hi everyone. I have a sky Q box in the living and for some reason it has logged me out off YouTube on the App. When trying to login again it keeps saying successful on my Google account but 'try again' on the tv app. I have updated the box software and reset the sky box apps. I've tried to login about 50+ times now. My sky mini box in the bedroom has had no issue whatsoever and is still linked to my YouTube account.
Has anyone had similar issues and have found a fix at all please?

Youtube App no longer working (Sky Glass)
Anyone else having issues with YouTube app on Sky Glass?
It was fine last night. Went to use it this afternoon and it had crashed, and now won't let me log in at all.
Tried turning tv off at mains and back on, refresh, restart etc...nothing works.
Just won't let me log in, can't use it logged out either.

@HDavies1 Have you tried refreshing apps in the settings menu?

@HDavies1 When you reset it did you just do it via the remote or did you switch it off at the plug and unplug Glass for a few minutes before plugging it back in and switching on? Might be worth a try?
Just got into You Tube okay on my Glass, so it doesn't appear to be a general issue with the app.
Can you sign into You Tube on your phone and then screen cast to Glass?

It's just lagging and won't even open settings to refresh the app. Works fine on all other devices and internet is working fine. All other apps work fine on the same TV too. So frustrating. Do Sky support not monitor this group?

Problem accessing YouTube
I have SkyQ box in my lounge and 2 mini boxes in other rooms. The main box connects wirelessly to my BT hub and has worked well like this for years. I regularly access YouTube via the Apps feature from the Sky Home screen. I first see a couple of icons showing my account and a Kids account. I click on my account and I'm at my own YT home screen.
Recently though I don't get the icon screen, but go straight to the YT suggestions screen and I cannot access any way to log in to my YT account. Sometimes a log in screen appears with an option to scan a QR to get to the yt.be website but most times I don't have the option. This is all really odd because if I try the same thing on my mini box everything is exactly as it used to be i.e. I see my YT account screen, click on that and hey presto all as normal.
Any idea what is going on? I have tried to power off the main box at the wall socket yet.

I cannot replicate this issue personally, have you reached out to YouTube support at all?

No I have not tried YT support, I wouldn't know how tbh.
When I do get to the YT home screen it takes a good few seconds for the action buttons on the left of the screen to populate. When they do I can't get any response out of the Sign In one or Settings, so I have no idea how I can refresh the YT app
