Sky Q Mini Box Non Return Charge

I've been charged £52 for a Non Return Charge for my Sky Q mini box even though I've had it since I started with Sky Q,

it came about when I negotiated a new TV deal. For some reason the person said he had to cancel the Multiscreen then restart it.  Since then I've had texts (and received the packaging for mini box) to return it.  Every time I phone Sky I get told I don't need to do anything and it will get sorted out.  Two months later the charge has hit my account which really angered me.

Even yesterday as I tried to get this resolved I was told it was escalated to their manager while I was in the phone and was told the manager had approved for me to be compensated. So I thought that was it, but it's still not sorted and the charge is still on my account.

Has anyone else had something similar happen to them and did they get it resolved.

As mentioned earlier this has been going on for two months and still nothing has happened.

Hi @Stuart777   If it doesn't get resolved I would register a formal Complaint.

Re: Sky Q Mini Box Non Return Charge

I renegotiated my deal yesterday and have received a message saying I have to return my SkyQ Box even though its still active.  I presume something similar will happen to me. 😠

Re: Sky Q Mini Box Non Return Charge

I hope you get it resolved quicker than it's taking me.

This is the first time I've used Sky Community and just a few minutes ago my account has been credited for the Non Return Charge. I don't know if this is a coincidence, or the emails and conversations I've had in the last 24 hours, but the main issue is I've received a credit. It should never have gotten to the situation of being charged, but I'm glad it's been sorted.
