Sky Q Mini Box - Keeps showing 'Technical Fault' on screen

We have a Sky Q Mini Box in our bedroom, about 4 metres from the main Sky Q Box and 3 metres from the Broadband router. The main Sky Q Box always works without fail, but the Sky Q Mini in our bedroom constantly says 'Technical Fault' and we cannot view any channels. Every night we are going through the prompting of resetting this and that,  but each time - EVERYTHING is connected and working, even tick boxes on the cheks on the Sky menu . . . .Anyone have any idea how we can actually start watching TV in our room again? Thank you much appreciated!

Hi, having the same problem as you, however our main box isn't working either.  
Have you sorted it or had and assistance?

I have the same issue. Have tried the standard resetting. Anyone managed to fix it?
