Sky Q Mini Box Green Light not turning on.

Hi, The green light is not turning on on my Sky Q Mini box. I've tried holding the reset button for 30 seconds+ after powering off and on but no reaction. The light stays at red. Tried rebooting main Sky Q box and Mini box multiple times but not working. Please can you advise?

Hi @CarolVesey 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Hi,

Thanks for the update.

I have tried all of these options, and every option I can find online but it is still not working.

Note the problem is with the Sky Mini Box rather than the main Sky Q Box.

The box will not turn on either via pushing the red light button manually at the front or via the remote.

How can I get a replacement box? This one is only 2 months old and I am day 2 without multi-room option.
