Sky Q Hard Drive fault

My Sky Q hard drive for the second time is whizzing very fast which causes the box to freeze. Keep having to unplug the box. My last box gave up altogether with the same problem. Also now the picture keeps intermittently cutting out randomly.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

If the drive is on the way out then you'll need to contact Sky for a replacement.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
