Sky Q Free upgrade offer

Had a letter November 2023 offering to upgrade me to a Sky Q box free of charge, quick and easy all I have to do is call a number .

An absolute nightmare as the automated voice doesnt recognise anythig i say and eventually ends the call. Have spoken to virtual assistant online and IT can't get me to the right department or a human being.

 Has anyone had this issue and can tell me if there is an easier way to get the upgrade ?

The only way to take up th eoffer is to call - as @Daniel0210 indicates we believe the best number is the one on the letter
