Need to set up new network with Sky Q wifi extender

 hope someone can help… I have a Sky Q Main box, a Sky Q Wireless Extender and a Sky Q Mini Box. I am trying to change the Wireless network as BT have just sent me a new router as the old one kept on dropping the connection.

I successfully did the Reset on the Main Q box and connected it to the new Wireless network1, so all good there. 

What am I doing wrong ? Does anyone know the correct process please ?

When your ISP is not SKY then the minis do not connect to your wifi but connect to wifi signal generated by the SKY Q main box
