Sky Q Connection to Router/Internet keeps dropping

Hey all, 

We've not changed our set up for months and all of a sudden our Sky Q box is losing connection to the Router/Internet. Each time I reset it or set it up again it'll last around 15 minutes before disconnecting. Our network is strong with all other devices still getting a good signal and zero internet issues.

I've tried a direct ethernet cable via a hub (that also goes to our PS5 and TV) to the sky Q box and it still can't see the router despite the other devices having no such problem. 

Anyone had this and if so did you find a work around?

Hello it could be something too do with the weather as mine was doing the same when thunder was in the air but then again all depends were in the UK you are .  Did you try leaving the TV off for a little while . Are if that does not work i would try and email someone with more info .. hope you get it sorted soon and good luck mate .

I have exactly the same issue, internet is working f8ne but the sky q box keeps losing connection.
