Have you tried a Network reset on your Main Q box?
Try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your Sky router.
As you are on Sky broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.

Have tried re-setting as instructed but it still doesn't work unfortunately. Is there a call out charge for an Engineer to come out to fix the problem as I've been a Sky customer for less than a year?

@Bev+Todd as Sky own the Q boxes and loan them to you then there is no call out fee for an engineer to come and look at your box
