I have no sound, tried everything on previous answers?

I have no sound on my sky Q box. Netflix has sound though. I tried all previous suggestions and got a new sky Q box? Any new suggestions.

Hi @Ems7 

Have you using Normal in the Q box HDMI audio settings?

Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual 

Set HDMI Audio output to normal
